There is no honest flat price for pest control, because the three things that set the cost vary on every job: what pest it is, how big the property is, and how long the infestation has been established. A bedsitter with early bedbug signs is a different job from a restaurant kitchen where cockroaches have bred for a year.
What changes the price
- The pest: bedbugs and termites need more product and more visits than ants or flies.
- Size of the property: we price by rooms or floor area, not by a flat rate.
- Severity: an infestation caught early needs one treatment; an established one needs a follow-up visit.
- Access: treating a ceiling void or a godown takes more time and equipment than an open room.
